Fantasy Creamy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. canned milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until melted. Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla. Beat until well blended and stiff. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan. Cool at room temperature.
