Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. beef tenderloin
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1 lb. mushrooms
1 cut clove garlic
1/4 c. minced onion
1 can chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Pound meat with flour, salt and pepper.
Cut into strips. Brown in butter.
Add onion and garlic.
Brown.
Add chicken soup, water and mushrooms.
Simmer, uncovered, until meat is tender, about 20 minutes.
Add sour cream; simmer 5 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
