Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until fluffy (stiff).
    Add sugar gradually. Add vinegar and vanilla.
    Fold in pecans.
    Spoon on greased cookie sheet and bake at 300\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Can add food coloring.
