Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chuck roast (boneless)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients
    and pour over meat.
    Cook in covered pan at 350\u00b0 for six hours.
    Shred meat with fork.
