Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick butter
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil chicken; cut in chunks and layer in casserole dish.
    Stir together sour cream and chicken soup; pour over chicken.
    Melt butter.
    Add crackers (crushed) and poppy seed.
    Pour over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, 30 minutes.
