Beans And Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large bulb garlic, fine chopped
    1 large escarole
    32 oz. chicken broth
    2 cans cannellini beans
    1 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    splash of white wine
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Coarse-chop escarole and simmer in broth.
    Saute garlic, peppers and oregano in oil and butter in separate pan.
    Add beans and wine.
    Simmer beans 5 minutes.
    Combine beans with broth. Stir and serve with Romano cheese, if desired.
