Mother'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Shape into loaf pan and top with catsup or chili sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
