Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heaping c. diced rhubarb
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
    Mix and pour the remaining ingredients into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Pie can be baked with no top crust or you may add a crisscross top for decoration before baking.
