Orange Tube Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add buttermilk, alternating with flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Add orange rind. Bake 1 hour in tube pan at 325\u00b0.
