Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 fresh green chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped (wear plastic gloves)
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    In a small bowl, stir together the tomatoes, onion, peppers and vinegar.
    Cover tightly and chill in refrigerator for approximately 1 hour to blend flavors before serving.
