Zucchini Bread No. 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. zucchini (may be frozen)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir together all but egg and oil.
    Beat eggs and oil together and pour over other mixture.
    Stir until moistened.
    Place in greased and floured loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch) or 2 smaller disposable pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 (one loaf pan for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes clean or two disposable pans for 1 hour or until toothpick comes clean).
    Turn out and cool completely.
