Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. cooking oil
1 can cream-style corn
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
1 onion, chopped
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cheese, in mixing bowl.
Pour half the batter in greased pan.
Sprinkle half the cheese over batter, then add remaining batter.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of batter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
