Gladys' Apple Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. drained sauerkraut
    1/2 c. diced, unpeeled red apples
    1/2 c. sweet onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 small sweet red pepper, diced
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. white sugar
Preparation
    Chop sauerkraut finer than in can.
    Mix all ingredients and cover tightly.
    Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
    Very good.
