Sausage-Cheese Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. box Bisquick (about 5 c.)
    1 lb. sausage (raw; hot if you like)
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, melted (you can use extra sharp)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Use hands.
    Make into balls the size of walnuts.
    Place on foil lined cookie sheet and freeze.
    Do not let them touch.
    After frozen, place in plastic bag and keep in freezer.
    When ready to use, take out what you need and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until brown.
    Serve with favorite sauce to dip in (I like J. Lee Roy's Dippin Sauce).
