Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes (about 9 large)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    onion salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
    Place desired amount in bake dish and heat in microwave.
