Healthy Heart Lemon Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable oil spray
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    lemon pepper
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces and all skin and visible fat removed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly spray baking pan or casserole dish with vegetable spray (like Pam).
    In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, oil and garlic.
    Set aside.
    Rinse chicken; pat dry. Arrange chicken in prepared pan or dish.
    Pour lemon juice mixture over chicken.
    I lightly salt my chicken before pouring lemon juice mixture over it, then I sprinkle lightly with lemon pepper. Cover and bake about 40 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes or longer to brown.
