Fettuccine With Lobster And Yellow Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper
    1 bunch chives, finely chopped (1/2 c.)
    1 cooked lobster or 1/2 lb. cooked lobster meat
    2 small yellow squash, cut into julienned strips
    1 pkg. fettuccine (9 oz.)
Preparation
    Heat large pot of water to boiling for pasta.
    Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and chives in a large bowl.
    Whisk until combined.
    Set aside.
    In another large pot, place squash and lobster in steamer basket over simmering water.
    Steam 3 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Add to chive dressing.
