Vegetable Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 chopped green peppers
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 lb. beef
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix onions, green peppers, carrots and ground meat together. Add cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Add tomato juice and blend well.
    Shape into a loaf and place in oiled casserole.
    Cover and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes.
