Greek Stewed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine butter, onion, parsley and juice drained from tomatoes.
    Cook down to about half.
    Add tomatoes, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Salt to taste.
    Heat through.
    Serve in sauce dishes topped with Parmesan cheese.
