Fried Crab Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 c. fine bread crumbs
3 eggs, beaten well
1/2 bottle (small) A.1. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
Preparation

Mix crab, crumbs, pepper, onions and celery.
Set aside.
Mix eggs, A.1. Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Add to other ingredients.
Mix well.
Form into patties.
Fry in deep fat.
