Creative (Play) Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla (if desired)
15 drops favorite food coloring

Preparation

Cook all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring vigorously, until mixture forms a ball. Remove dough from saucepan and let stand on counter 5 minutes.
