Ice Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. ice cream
2 c. self-rising flour

Preparation

Use any flavor ice cream desired.
Butter almond, butter pecan and almond toffee are especially good. Mix ingredients (batter will be stiff).
Put in greased muffin tins and bake at 475\u00b0 until done, about 15 minutes.
