Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 c. peeled and diced apples (red)
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly the first 8 ingredients, then stir in nuts and apples.
    Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
