Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups dried bread, diced
    4 cups milk
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp butter, melted
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
    Cover bread with milk for five minutes. Add sugar, eggs, melted butter, salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix well. Pour into a buttered bread pan. Set pan in pan of warm water and bake 1 hour at 325. Serves 6 to 8.
