Green Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    3 large green peppers (put in blender)
    2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper or 3 small hot peppers
    1 bottle (6 oz.) Certo
    5 to 6 drops green food coloring
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vinegar, and peppers, bring to boil.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Cool a little bit and add Certo and food coloring.
    Put in jars and seal with wax.
    Serve on crackers with cream cheese. (I like to strain the jelly.
    Some people like white vinegar.)
