Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 large egg
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. seeded raisins
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil, egg and applesauce.
    Blend in dry ingredients.
    Add water, raisins and pecans.
    Pour in well-greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Use half of 1 (8 ounce) carton of Cool Whip as icing.
