B And A Home Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 good sized potatoes
    1 can small mushrooms
    2 small green peppers
    1/4 big onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    First get a big frying pan and put 2 tablespoons of butter in it.
    Fry on medium to high until melted.
    Then slice potatoes thin and put into frypan.
    Proceed to slicing the mushrooms, peppers and onion.
    Put these in pan also.
    Add salt and pepper and Creole seasoning.
    Cover for 10 minutes.
    Then add last 2 tablespoons of butter.
