Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies(7 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. chocolate chip morsels
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Combine butter, sugars (both), pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs; add flour and baking soda.
Then stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
