Chow Mein Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. browned hamburger
    2 onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. soy sauce (can add up to 3 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Mix together and bake in a covered dish for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and cover the top with chow mein noodles and bake, uncovered, for an additional 1/2 hour.
