Zucchini-Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini (about 3 medium or 1 large)
    1 c. shredded apple
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 6 dry ingredients; set aside.
    Combine eggs, sugars, oil and vanilla in large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed until well blended.
    Stir in zucchini, apple and nuts.
    Add dry ingredients, stirring just to moisten.
    Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured 8 1/4 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
