Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter flavored oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
3 c. diced apples (raw)
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and oil.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Combine these two mixtures and add 1 cup coconut, diced apples, nuts and vanilla.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
