Roast Beef With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. beef roast
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 cans onion soup
    1 soup can water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Season roast on both sides.
    Pour mushroom soup, onion soup and water over roast.
    Cook on low in crock-pot for 8 hours or in conventional oven at 350\u00b0 until meat is tender.
