Haddock(Poor Man'S Lobster) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thawed haddock
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 bay leaf
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cut haddock in half or three pieces.
    Bring to boil water with salt and onions, also bay leaf.
    Cook about 5 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Drain.
    Pour melted butter over.
    Sprinkle paprika and broil 2 minutes.
    Or you can have melted butter in small cups for each person to dip.
