Sauerkraut Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork steak, cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut (undrained)
    8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown meat.
    Add the onion and celery; cook until onion is transparent.
    Stir in sauerkraut, noodles, soup and mushrooms; season with salt and pepper.
    Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until the meat is tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
