Oven Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. cauliflower flowerets
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    2 c. carrots, cut into julienne strips
    2 small onions, quartered
Preparation
    In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, melt butter in 400\u00b0 oven, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in thyme, salt and pepper.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
    Cover with aluminum foil; bake for 22 to 27 minutes or until vegetables are crispy tender.
    Serves 6.
