Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 large squash, cross sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread crumbs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash and onions until tender.
    Mix eggs and mayonnaise with drained squash and onions.
    Top with shredded cheese and then buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in casserole dish.
