Creamed Hamburger Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bread (per lb. of ground meat)
1 egg (per lb. of meat)
1/2 c. milk and 1 soup can milk
1 egg
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic
salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Soak bread in 1/2 cup milk and egg.
Add meat, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
Mix well and shape into patties.
Brown patties on both sides.
Put into deep casserole dish.
Add the mushroom soup and 1 can of milk.
Make a smooth sauce out of the liquids and pour over patties.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
