Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon
1 c. mashed potatoes or rice, cooked
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
milk (enough to moisten)
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Add milk, just enough to moisten, and put in a loaf pan.
Cover with soup.
Bake 40 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0.
