Pumpkin Pie(Custard) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. drained pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
6 eggs
4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
-
Mash
with
potato
masher,
then beat well.
Add milk. Stir until mixed well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle top of pie with nutmeg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until custard sets.
