Pasta With Fresh Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    12 oz. uncooked vermicelli
    4 c. dried seeded tomato
    3 Tbsp. fresh chopped oregano
    3 Tbsp. minced green onions
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. coriander seeds, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
    Bring water to rolling boil. Add pasta; cook 5 minutes or until done. Drain. Combine tomato and remaining 8 ingredients in large bowl. Add pasta to tomato mixture and mix well. Serve at room temperature. Yields about 6 servings.
