Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breast, cut bite size
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. green pepper, cut bite size
    3/4 c. celery, bite size
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can pineapple tidbits
    1 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Brown chicken in 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
    Add salt and water.
    Combine cornstarch, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and pineapple juice.
    Stir liquids into meat mixture and bring to steaming point.
    Add pineapple, green pepper and celery.
    Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Serve over rice.
