Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. corn syrup
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Heat sugar, milk, syrup and salt; stir until dissolved.
    Boil until soft ball stage, about 234\u00b0.
    Remove from heat, add butter (do not stir).
    Let cool until bottom is just warm.
    Add vanilla and peanut butter.
    Stir fast until thick.
    Thickens quickly.
    Put into pan.
