Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. ice cold water
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add egg, vinegar and water.
    Work pastry until pliable.
    Yields 1 double crust pie.
