Coon Hunters Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar (powdered or granulated)
pinch of salt
2 c. self-rising flour
1 can crushed pineapple (large can), do not drain
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecan pieces
Preparation

Bake in greased 9 x 12-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Punch holes in cake and frost while warm.
