Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
milk to make 1 c. with egg
3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix in order given well with a fork.
Knead on board; cut with cookie cutter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 on greased cookie sheet until lightly browned.
