Tuna Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
mayonnaise (small amount to mix)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with mayonnaise.
Reserve nuts to roll log.
Roll in waxed paper to form log.
Roll log in chopped nuts before serving. Place log on serving dish surrounded by crackers for serving.
This makes an excellent party dish.
