Ingredients

1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. flavoring of choice
1/4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
food coloring of choice
granulated sugar
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Add powdered sugar, flavoring and coloring; mix.
When mixed into ball, knead like dough for several minutes.
Pinch small piece and roll into size of marble.
Roll in sugar and push into mold.
Unmold onto wax paper and let dry for 1 hour.
Best to let age for several days.
Can be frozen in a sealed container.
