Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. crabmeat
2 eggs
4 c. fine bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. mustard
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. finely chopped cilantro or parsley
salt and pepper
Preparation

Pick cartilage from meat; combine with all other ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.
Thoroughly blend.
Form into burger-size patties.
Cakes should be tightly formed so not to fall apart. Wrap in waxed paper; chill until ready to use.
