Okra Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. Bisquick
1 carton frozen okra
salt
milk
Preparation

Place egg, Bisquick and salt into a bowl and add enough milk to make a thick batter.
Add okra and stir well.
The mixture should be thick enough to drop; if not, add a little more Bisquick.
Drop by tablespoon into medium grease.
When one side is nicely browned, turn and cook the other side.
