Pork Chops With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 apples
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Brown pork chops; sprinkle with salt.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Slice apples; arrange on top of chops.
    Sprinkle sugar on top of apples.
    Put flour in chop drippings; stir constantly.
    Add water as needed.
    Add vinegar, salt and raisins to sauce, then pour sauce over chops and apples.
    Cover; cook at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until apples are tender.
